Ohio State military appreciation game again

COLUMBUS, Ohio (11/3/18) — The Ohio State University honored U.S. military service members and veterans during its annual military appreciation football game at Ohio Stadium. Ohio National Guard Soldiers and Airmen were involved in a variety of activities before and during the game, a 36-31 Buckeye victory over Nebraska. Maj. Gen. Mark E. Bartman, Ohio adjutant general, administered the oath of enlistment to a group of new Soldiers and Airmen on the field and Sgt. Benjamin Tiller, the Ohio Army National Guard Noncommissioned Officer of the Year, carried the American flag on to the field as he led the OSU football team out of the tunnel before the game.
