Cargoneck Guyoxim (Always Ready) ~ The 147th Regiment, Regional Training Institute (RTI) provides institutional training within assigned Career Management Fields, NCOES (Noncommissioned Officer Education System), Officer Candidate School and Warrant Officer Candidate School missions based on the collective requirements identified by the National Guard Bureau-ART-I (Individual Training Branch), the Army Program for Individual Training for the Army National Guard, the U.S. Army Reserve, the Active Component and the Subject Matter Expert Regiment in support of the Army’s Modular Force.
