COLUMBUS, Ohio — The 121st Civil Engineering Squadron’s role during a nuclear mission situation is to construct and maintain an installation’s alert facility. Airmen will rapidly assemble multiple Alaskan small shelter system tents to bed down air crew and provide additional operational capabilities. They also provide reliable emergency generator backup power to the facility.
