Ohio National Guard transportation company deploys
to Puerto Rico to aid hurricane relief efforts

COLUMBUS, Ohio (10/27/2017) — Soldiers from the the1483rd Transportation Company, based out of Walbridge, Ohio, began deploying Oct. 27 from Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base in Columbus to Puerto Rico. The Soldiers will assist in transporting food, water, equipment and fuel in support of Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
