As 2017 is in full swing and units begin planning and preparing for annual training periods beginning this spring, we take a look back at some of the accomplishments of Ohio Army National Guard engineers during Annual Training 2016 at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center. Our engineers conduct vertical and horizontal training missions to maintain a ready corps of Soldiers to support operations throughout the world as well as back home in Ohio. Last summer, engineers conducted several missions to improve the infrastructure at Camp Ravenna, the primary in-state training site for Ohio units to maintain their proficiency. Utilizing the talents within the force provides real-world opportunities to train while helping to steward the organization’s financial resources.
