Who May Apply: OPEN TO CURRENT ON-BOARD AGR’s of the 178th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard. CAT 1 AGR. Member must complete recruiting school.
* Military membership is required to hold this position. Current regulations require the individual selected for this position be assigned to an appropriate military position and be qualified in the duty AFSC. If not already qualified, the selected applicant must be eligible to become qualified in the duty AFSC.

7. Overgrade ENLISTED must state in writing or on your application that you are willing to take an administrative reduction to the advertised pay grade. Request must be included with your application
8. Applicants are subject, but not required, to a personal interview, before a military board upon notification of time and place. Necessary travel will be at the expense of the individual. Inquiries concerning specific aspects of the duty position should be directed to the Selecting Official.
9. Selection will be made from those applicants determined best qualified in terms of experience, training and demonstrated performance ability.
10. Pregnant females are eligible to apply for AGR tours. Individuals selected for AGR tours must meet all applicable medical and physical requirements in accordance with AFI 48-123 prior to entering or initiating the tour. If selected, they cannot be appointed and entered on active duty until the pregnancy period has expired.

DUTIES: Organizes and conducts programs to recruit quality personnel to satisfy the requirements for unit and state to which assigned. Coordinates and disseminates recruiting information and establishes effective relations with the local community.
