ACOE

The ACOE Program is a commander's self-assessment process which is broad enough to accommodate a variety of approaches that can be tailored to any organization, command or installation. Leaders and managers take advantage of the entrepreneurial genius of the people within the community to develop better ways of helping people and getting work done. It is a program which encourages ideas and initiatives to flow upward.



The Ohio Army National Guard has participated and won in the past few years. Standings are:


2002 - Rookie of the Year

2003 - National Champions

2004 - First Place

2005 - First Place

2006 - National Champions
